Manual Therapy
Manual Therapy is specific hands on techniques to mobilize joints and soft tissue. It can be effective in increasing range of movement, facilitating movement, reducing restrictions, & modulating pain.

Patient education is patient empowerment. The process of assisting the patient to gain knowledge related to a health issue is essential.
Exercise Prescription
A specific plan or program of fitness related activities designed for a specific purpose.
Electrotherapy
Electrotherapy uses an electrical machine to deliver electrical impulses. It can be effective in interfering with the transmission of pain signals to the brain. It can also be effective in promoting tissue healing and decreasing inflammation.
Laser
"Light Amplification Stimulated Emmision of Radiation" or Low level light therapy uses light to penetrate through the skin into tissues. It can be effective to reduce pain and inflammation, increase blood flow, stimulate wound healing and tissue regeneration, and reduce scarring.
Therapeutic Ultrasound
Therapeutic ultrasound is a modality where ultrasound waves pass through the skin causing vibrations of the local soft tissue. The vibrations cause an increase in local blood flow; helping to reduce local swelling and chronic inflammation, increase healing rates, and promote tissue relaxation.
Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that involves delivering shock waves (radial waves driven either electromagnetically or pneumatically) to damaged or injured tissues to reduce pain and promote healing.
