This appointment is for clients who are requiring a Primary Care Provider (aka Family Doctor). Once this visit is completed you will be considered a Registered Client of our Nurse Practitioner.

During your initial meet and greet, you'll experience a comprehensive and patient-centered approach to healthcare. The meet and greet will begin by taking a detailed health history, allowing a thorough understanding of your medical background, current health concerns, and any ongoing issues. A medication review and renewal process will be completed.  Following this, you'll undergo a thorough physical assessment, during which our nurse practitioner will examine various aspects of your health, including vital signs, neurological function, and overall physical well-being. This initial meeting sets the foundation for a collaborative and compassionate relationship focused on optimizing your health and well-being.

Simple Episodic Care (Walk-in) or Follow Up

$90.00 : 30 min. 

Simple Episodic care/treatment involves providing timely and essential healthcare services to individuals of our clinic or those needing a walk-in; who have Primary Care Provider is at another clinic.  In this context, our focus is on addressing one immediate health concerns or acute medical issues such as sore throats, urinary tract infections, prescription renewals for stable patient requiring refills for their chronic medication (no narcotics), ear infections, etc.

During a follow-up or episodic care appointment with our nurse practitioner, you can anticipate a continuation of the comprehensive and compassionate care provided during your initial visit. This appointment is an opportunity to discuss any changes in your health status, address ongoing concerns, and evaluate the effectiveness of your treatment plan. Our nurse practitioner will conduct a thorough assessment, review your progress since your last visit, and adjust your care plan as necessary. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and express any new symptoms or issues. At our clinic, we prioritize continuity of care and strive to provide a supportive environment where you feel valued and heard throughout your healthcare journey.

Complex Episodic Care (Walk-in) or Follow Up

During a follow-up or episodic care appointment with our nurse practitioner, you can anticipate a continuation of the comprehensive and compassionate care provided during your initial visit. Virtual Appointment for Simple Episodic Care or Follow Up

$90.00 : 30 min. 

This appointment is a virtual appointment; meaning the appointment will take via secure video conferencing.

PAP Exam

$100.00 : 30 min. 

During your pap exam with our nurse practitioner, expect a professional and comfortable experience focused on your reproductive health. Our nurse practitioner will guide you through the process with care and sensitivity, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout. The exam involves a gentle and thorough examination of your cervix to screen for cervical cancer and detect any abnormalities. Our nurse practitioner will explain each step of the procedure, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you feel informed and empowered throughout the appointment. 

IUD Consultation

$45.00 : 15 min. 

This appointment is for a IUD consultation, where you discuss options with our nurse practitioner to find the best option for you. A prescription for the IUD will be faxed to your pharmacy for you to purchase and pick-up.

IUD Insertion Appointment

$200.00 : 60 min. 

This appointment is for individuals who have had their IUD consultation either with our nurse practitioner or their own primary care provider and have pick up their IUD from their pharmacy. You are to bring your IUD with you to this appointment.

During your IUD insertion with our nurse practitioner, expect a professional and comfortable experience focused on your reproductive health. Our nurse practitioner will guide you through the process with care and sensitivity, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout.  Our nurse practitioner will explain each step of the procedure, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you feel informed and empowered throughout the appointment. 

Physical Evaluation (SGI, Workplace request) 

$200.00 : 75 min. 

For a physical evaluation for driving licensing purposes with SGI (Saskatchewan Government Insurance) or requested by your workplace, our clinic provides comprehensive assessments and necessary documentation to support your licensing requirements. Our healthcare professionals conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments tailored specifically to SGI's standards and guidelines for driving eligibility. We ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately and efficiently to facilitate the licensing process. 

Phone/In Person Follow Up

$45.00 : 15 min. 

During a phone follow-up appointment with our nurse practitioner, they will call to discuss with you such things as results from labs/diagnostics that were ordered during a prior visit; review your progress since your last visit, evaluate the effectiveness of your treatment plan and adjust your care plan as necessary. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and express concerns. At our clinic, we prioritize continuity of care, and strive to provide a supportive environment where you feel valued and heard throughout your healthcare journey .

Presciption renewal, No appointment

$45.00 : 15 min. 

Please note : this follow up is only  available for the  client after their Initial/Meet and Greet Appointment. 

Prescription renewals received as per client's request or via pharmaceutical requests.
